Recruit's Training (0/5) - Increases Power by 250 per rank.
Critical Strike (0/5) - Increases Critical Strike rating by 250 per rank.
Critical Avoidance (0/5) - Increases Critical Avoidance rating by 250 per rank.
Cultist Bulwark (0/5) - Increases maximum Hit Points by 1000 per rank.
Cultist Power (0/5) - Increases damage and damage resistance versus cultists by 1% per rank.
Gold Gain (0/5) - Increases Gold Bonus by 1% per rank.
Tier 2 (from left to right)
Squire's Training (0/5) - Increases Power by 250 per rank.
Armor Penetration (0/5) - Increases Armor Penetration rating by 250 per rank.

Death's Bulwark (0/3) - Chance on kill to do the following for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Increase Defense by 500 per rank. Rank 2: Increase critical Avoidance by 750. Rank 3: Add temporary hit points equal to 2% of your max health, per rank, while in combat.
Blood Lust (0/3) - Chance on Encounter use to do the following: Rank 1: Decrease target's awareness by 500 per rank for 10 seconds. Rank 2: Do an additional attack equal to 120% of your weapon damage plus 10% per rank. Rank 3: Increase Action Point Gain by .5% per rank for 10 seconds
Focused Retaliation (0/3) - Chance on encounter use to do the following for 15 seconds: Rank 1: Decrease target's armor penetration by 500 per rank. Rank 2: Decrease target's accuracy by 250 per rank. Rank 3: Mirrors all incoming damage back to attacker.
Life Lessons (0/3) - Chance on At-Will use to do the following for 10 seconds when your health is below 30%: Rank 1: Apply a damage over time effect to your target. Rank 2: Adds additional damage to your attack. Rank 3: Adds a chance to steal life from your target.
Enhanced Application (0/3) - Chance on At-Will use to do the following for 10 seconds when your health is below 30%: Rank 1: Apply a heal over time effect to you. Rank 2: Adds a self heal to your attack. Rank 3: Reduces the damage of the next attack by 10% per rank.
Blessed Advantage (0/3) - Chance when you heal for at least 10% of the target's health, the following effects will be applied to the target for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Apply a heal over time effect. Rank 2: Increase power by 500 per rank. Rank 3: Reduce the recharge of abilities by 2% per rank.
Blessed Resilence (0/3) - Chance when you heal for at least 10% of the target's health, the following effects will be applied to the target for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Apply a heal over time effect. Rank 2: Increase max health by 1000 per rank. Rank 3: Heal stamina by 6% of target's max + 2% per rank.
