A single window for all boons. This has some good and bad points.

Good
  • Overall point system
  • Much easier to compare and determine what boons are needed
  • Easier to retrain, if necessary
  • Adds a new level of diversity for character builds
Bad
  • Could be somewhat limiting as new campaigns are added
  • Possible slower character progression
We only get a look at Campaign Boons in this blog, no idea how or if this translates to Stronghold and PvP Boons.

With boons being unified and the introduction of boon points, you now have to spend points to climb the ladder of all campaign boons. Seems like this could slow the progress of getting the best boons. Finishing a campaign will no longer get you the upper eschelon boon, if you're leveling a new character and finish one campaign it won't even get you out of the first tier.

Speaking of tiers, you'll now be required to spend a certain amount of points before you can unlock the next tier.

Spending 10 points unlocks Tier 2
Spending 20 points unlocks Tier 3
Spending 30 points unlocks Tier 4
Spending 45 points unlocks Tier 5

You can spend points in Tiers 1-4 any way you wish, but on Tier 5 you will only be able to choose two boons.

At the very top of the list are Master Boons. Supposedly much like the final campaign boons we have now. They say they are bonus points that are earned for spending your accumulated boon points. What they don't say is how many boon points you need to spend in order to earn the bonus points, or how many bonus points you can earn overall.

Sounds like once you earn that first bonus point, choose wisely, you will only be able to fill one Master Boon at a time.

Recruit's Training (0/5) - Increases your power by 250 and hit points by 2000 per rank.

Master Boons - choose one (from left to right)

Deathly Rage (0/3) - Chance on kill to do the following for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Increase Combat Advantage by 500 per rank. Rank 2: Increase damage by 2% per rank. Rank 3: Add 10000 damage to each attack. This can only occur once every 30 seconds.
Death's Bulwark (0/3) - Chance on kill to do the following for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Increase Defense by 1000 per rank. Rank 2: Increase Critical Avoidance by 750. Rank 3: Add 10000 temporary hit points. This can only occur once every 30 seconds.
Blood Lust (0/3) - Chance on encounter use to do the following for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Decrease target's power by 500 per rank. Rank 2: Do an additional attack equal to your weapon damage. Rank 3: Increase AP Gain by 1%. This can only occur once every 30 seconds.
Focused Retaliation (0/3) - Chance on hit to do the following for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Reduces targets armor penetration by 500 per rank. Rank 2: Reduces targets accuracy by 250 per rank. Rank 3: Mirrors all incoming damage back to attacker. This can only occur once every 30 seconds.
Life Lessons (0/3) - Chance on At-Will use to do the following for 10 seconds: Rank 1: Apply a damage over time effect to your target. Rank 2: Adds additional damage to your attack. Rank 3: Adds a chance to steal life from your target. This can only occur once every 30 seconds.

Offense (left to right)

Power Bonus - Increases Power from 1000-8000. Lessened effects at levels less than 70. Requires: Barracks, Rank 3.
Group Stat Bonus - For every player in your group that has this buff, it will increase a stat by 400-2400. 1 - Deflect, 2 - Accuracy, 3 - Critical Strike, 4 - Armor Penetration, 5 - Power. Requires: Explorers' Guild, Rank 5.
Critical Severity Bonus - Increases Critical Severity from 2.5%-15%. Requires: Mercenary outpost, Rank 5.
Enhance Overload: Companion Ward and Slayer - Increase the damage done by a Companion Slayer enchantment by 5%-50%. Increases the damage reduction done by a Companion Ward enchantment by 1%-10%. Requires: Mercenary Outpost, Rank 1.
Armor Penetration Bonus - Increases Armor Penetration from 1000-8000. Lessened effects at levels less than 70. Requires: Stable, Rank 3.
Enhance Overload: Slayer - Increases damage done by a PvE Slayer enchantment by 1%-10%. Requires: Training Yard, Rank 1.

Utility (left to right)

Experience Points Bonus - Rewards bonus XP from 3%-30%. Requires: Barracks, Rank 1.
Treasure Hunter - Rewards bonus Gold from 3%-30%. Rank 6 and up: Doubles the amount of resources earned from explorer's charts. Requires: Explorers' Guild, Rank 1.
Mount Speed Bonus - Increases Mount Speed from 3%-20%. Requires: Stable, Rank 5.
Group Heal Potion Bonus - Causes Healing Potions to heal your group members at 25%-75% effectiveness.
Revive Sickness - The time Revive Sickness lasts is reduced from 4 1/2 minutes down to 1 minute. Requires: Temple, Rank 3.
Glory Bonus - Rewards bonus Glory from 9%-30%. Requires: Training Yard, Rank 3.
Healing Potion Bonus - Increases healing from Healing Potions from 6%-48%. Requires: Wizard's Workshop, Rank 3.

PvP (left to right)

Enhance Overload: PvP Ward - Increase the damage reduction done by a PvP Ward enchantment by 1%-10%. Requires: Siege Smithy, Rank 5.
Enhance Overload: Stamina Drain Ward - Your Stamina Drain Wards firther decrease the Stamina drained by any Mark of Stamina Drain by 1%-8% of your maximum Stamina. Requires: Siege Smithy, Rank 3
Enhance Overload: Stamina Drain - Increases Stamina drained by any Mark of Drain Stamina by 1%-6% of the target's maximum Stamina. Requires: Siege Workshop, Rank 5.

Supply Line - You gain 500 Movement while flagged for PVP. Allies within 10 feet of you get half this bonus. (Can not stack with itself.)
Living Wall - You gain 250 Defense and 250 Deflect while flagged for PvP.
Legion's Valor - You gain 250 Power and 250 Critical Strike while flagged for PvP.
Combat Triage - Allies near you who take damage are granted 3000 hitpoints over 6 seconds while you are flagged for PvP. (Does not stack.)
Inspiring Defense - Nearby allies gain up to 10% additional damage resistance as their health decreases while you are flagged for PVP. (Does not stack)
Vanguard's Resolve - Players who strike you grant you 400 Power for 8 seconds. Each foe can only add 400 at a time. (Max 2000)
Versatile Warrior - You gain 400 Power and 400 Recovery whenever an ally or enemy is within 20 feet of you while flagged for PvP.
Tactical Redeployment - You gain 25% additional movement speed when there are no enemy or allied players within 20 feet of you while flagged for PvP. (This effect does not work if you have recently been damaged by a player)
Unbroken Line - You gain 400 Defense for each teammate within 20 feet of you while flagged for PvP. (Max of 5 players)
Wicked Assault - You gain 400 Life Steal for each enemy player within 20 feet of you while flagged for PvP. (Max of 5 players)

Icewind Dale Boon
Corruption Seeker - Earn 3% more Black Ice from all sources.

Gauntlgrym Boon
Grym Depths Seeker - Chance to gain a Grym Coin when killing a player on the Gauntlgrym battleground.

Domination Boon
Glory Seeker - Earn 5 Glory when killing a player on a Domination map.
