Let's hope that this site becomes one of them, but as a starting point for your build here's a list of places to look:

MMOMinds -- Probably the best place to go for up-to-date builds.
Free Mmorpg Guides -- In-depth class guides, however, not as up-to-date as MMOMinds. Still my personal favorite for a very good starting point.
